Andżelika Mirska

Dr Andżelika Mirska has been a researcher on the Department of State Sciences and Public Administration of the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies since 2007. She holds an MA in Political Science (Institute of Political Science, University of Warsaw); and an MA in Law and Administration (Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw). She completed her doctoral studies in Political Science at the Warsaw University, with a doctoral thesis on federalism and local government in Germany. Her research interests include public administration (reforms, modernization and innovation policy), local government and local democracy, metropolisation processes, the political and administrative system of Poland, Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
